The USB keys
Tomorrow I will visit the Waring School to talk to the 6th and 7th graders about my trip to Africa and the Kwa Watoto School in Kenya, that will be their partner school. Waring students have prepared USB keys for Kwa Watoto 4th and 5th grade students in Nairobi. Each Waring student has prepared an original folk tale, a brief introduction and a photo. Each Kenyan student in these two classes will get their own USB key with the documents from the Waring students. We are all very excited about the project. I am planning to visit the school in Nairobi on October 22. Hopefully there will be many questions tomorrow which I will not be able to answer. As I travel I will look for answers to their questions, and enhance my own experience by looking through their eyes. I hope this blog will be a vehicle for all your questions, so don't hesitate to send them along.
