Today we attended All Saints Anglican Cathedral in Nairobi. There were a number of people from other countries who have come to this conference that Peter is attending. The Archbishop of Canterbury was the preacher, although he is not staying. He said he was going back to England where he would baptize Prince George on Wednesday. The Kenyan choir sang beautifully both in English and Swahil, clapping and swaying to the music. Their harmonies were rich and deep, filling the stone church with song. The church was packed with Africans. Many of the women were dressed in colorful, traditional dresses, that caught the eye. I couldn't take my eyes off them. What joyful, welcoming people were there! It was a great way to start the day.
